This is not therapy. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. This is trauma-informed, present-focused coaching that supports you in functioning, stabilizing, and reconnecting with yourself.

All coaching is offered in monthly packages (not single sessions) and paid in advance. You are charged for coaching sessions only. Text support between sessions is included and not billed.

Coaching vs Therapy (FAQ)
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching is not therapy. I do not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical mental health care.
How is coaching different from therapy?
Therapy focuses on diagnosis and mental health treatment. Coaching focuses on present-day support, skill-building, and forward movement.
Can I be in therapy and coaching?
Yes. Coaching often complements therapy by helping you apply insights in daily life.
What if I need therapy?
If you are in crisis or need clinical care, therapy is the right level of support.
What if I am still in an unhealthy relationship or in the direct aftermath of my trauma?
You may benefit most from working with an advocacy organization or therapist if that is the case. Our coaching packages are best suited for those who are in the healing process. We can always chat about it to be sure.
What happens between sessions?
You have access to text support for grounding, perspective, and accountability. I respond within clear, healthy boundaries.
